David A. Grieme, Attorney

Legal Practice Areas:

Real Estate Transactions
Corporate Formation and Governance
Mergers & Acquisitions
Business Transactions and Secured Finance
International Business Transactions
Business Litigation

David has been practicing real estate and transactional law for thirty years.  He has a breadth of experience in asset-based finance, real-estate, contracts and business transactions.  His background comes from both large corporate law firm experience as well as in-house general counsel experience for mid-sized and larger companies and company groups.  He has documenting a wide variety of commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and construction transactions.  His litigation experience includes guiding a successful federal lawsuit against nutritional supplement manufacturer on contract, right of publicity and Lanham Act claims, which resulted in a multi-million dollar verdict.

David’s emphasis, however, is on careful drafting and transaction structuring to avoid disputes, and on helping clients reach mutually beneficial settlements when disputes arise.
